1. Technical Process & Feasibility

Cutting method selection. Depending on your target dimensions and tolerance requirements, we select between mechanical wheel scribing (cost-efficient for straight-edge, larger-tolerance cuts) and ultra-fast laser cutting (for tighter tolerances, complex profiles, or cuts close to active circuitry). We recommend the method during feasibility review, not after quoting.

Circuit clearance check. Before any cut is approved, our engineering team cross-references your target dimensions against the panel's Gate/Source trace layout and TFT array boundaries to confirm the cut line won't intersect active circuitry. To run this check, we typically ask for:

  • Target outline dimensions and datum references
