One Manufacturer, Every Display Format You'll Ever Need

OEM/ODM Manufacturing Built Around Who You Are and Where You Sell

Most display factories force you to choose a lane — a size range they're good at, a brightness tier they're set up for, a form factor they've tooled for. HITULCD was built the opposite way: one factory, one quality system, spanning the full spread of sizes, brightness levels, and form factors a global buyer actually needs across a product line. Below is why that breadth matters for who you are and where your products ship.

1. Built Around Three Types of Buyers

System integrators & panel/kiosk buildersYou need a stable module (5.5"–27" HMI panels, or 32"+ signage panels) that you can spec once and re-order for years without a redesign. We hold safety stock on common sizes and offer scheduled production slots specifically so your BOM doesn't change mid-program.

Brand owners & OEM electronics companiesYou need your logo, your firmware, your enclosure — on someone else's manufacturing line. Our OEM/ODM service covers full custom design from your spec sheet through LCD bonding, touch integration, housing assembly, and reliability testing, so the unit that ships is market-ready under your brand, not ours.

Distributors & regional system housesYou need one supplier who can quote a 10" kiosk display, a 55" stretched bar, and a 3000-nit outdoor panel in the same conversation — because your own customer base spans that range. A single factory relationship with 38+ export markets of experience means one quality standard and one point of contact across your whole catalog, instead of juggling three separate vendors.

2. Built Around Where the Display Actually Lives

Different markets stress a display differently, and our production range exists because of that:

  • Indoor retail & signage (EU/NA smart retail, shelf-edge, elevator ads) — 350–800 nits edge-lit kits, slim bezel, energy-efficient — matched to controlled indoor lighting and cosmetic bezel requirements common in Western retail fit-outs.

  • Semi-outdoor & transit (bus stops, station guidance, window-facing signage) — 1000–1500 nits direct-lit kits, built for daylight-adjacent viewing without full outdoor-grade cost.

  • Full outdoor & harsh environment (gas stations, outdoor advertising, EV charging, industrial automation) — 2000–3000 nits ultra-high-brightness kits with wide operating temperature range, for markets where sunlight readability and 24/7 duty cycles aren't optional.

  • Embedded & industrial control (automation HMI, medical equipment, terminals) — 5.5"–27" compact panels prioritizing long-term supply stability and signal reliability over brightness.

Because all four tiers run through the same factory, a customer expanding from one region or vertical into another doesn't need a new supplier — just a different line item on the same quote.

3. Choice Across Every Axis of the Display, Not Just Size

"Custom" at HITULCD isn't limited to cutting a panel to size. Buyers can mix and match across:

AxisRange Available
Size5.5" to 98"
Brightness350–3000 nits
Backlight typeEdge-lit and direct-lit
Form factorStandard flat panel, stretched/bar display, open-frame monitor, window-facing display
Panel technologyLCD, OLED, e-paper
Input/interfaceTouch (capacitive), HDMI/DP/VGA control boards, custom AD boards for varied signal inputs
StructureBare module, open-frame monitor, or full housing/enclosure integration

This matrix is what "OEM/ODM" means in practice here — a customer isn't picking from a fixed catalog of finished products, they're specifying a combination and we build to it, using equipment already qualified for that process (COG/FOG bonding lines, fiber laser and OC glass cutting stations, automated lamination and aging test chambers).

4. Why the Breadth Is Backed, Not Just Advertised

  • 120,000+ units/month capacity — enough depth to run a Western retail chain's shelf-edge rollout and a Middle Eastern gas station network's outdoor terminals in the same production month.

  • 38+ export markets — the size/brightness/form-factor spread above wasn't built speculatively; it reflects the actual mix of regions and verticals we've shipped into since 2014.

  • CE / FCC / RoHS / ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / REACH / WEEE, with UL available on request — the certification set spans consumer signage and automotive-adjacent industrial requirements, matching the breadth of the product range itself.

Not sure which combination fits your project?Tell us your target market (region + environment) and end application, and our engineering team will recommend the size/brightness/form-factor combination with the best cost-to-reliability fit — before you commit to a spec.

Custom Shape & Size-Cutting Service for Industrial LCD Panels

Reference model: HT430FHD-800 (43" QLED, 800 nits, 1920×1080)

For engineers, procurement managers, and project leads sourcing display panels for embedded, kiosk, signage, or industrial control applications, standard panel outlines don't always fit the enclosure. HITULCD offers precision shape and size-cutting services on our panel lineup — including the 43" HT430FHD-800 — so the display fits your mechanical design rather than the other way around.

Below is what you can expect at each stage of a custom-cut panel program, from feasibility review through mass production.

1. Technical Feasibility & Cutting Process

Before any cutting begins, our engineering team runs a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review against your target dimensions and tolerances.

  • Cutting method: We select between mechanical wheel scribing and ultra-fast laser cutting based on the cut geometry, glass thickness, and required edge quality. Straight-line cuts on standard rectangular panels are typically handled with wheel cutting for cost efficiency; complex contours, notches, or tight tolerances are routed to laser cutting to avoid mechanical stress fractures.

  • Circuit clearance check: Every custom outline is checked against the panel's Gate/Source trace routing and active TFT array boundary before quotation. Cutting into these zones is never permitted — we'll flag any dimension that conflicts and propose the nearest viable alternative.

  • What we need from you: A dimensioned drawing (DWG/DXF or PDF) of the target cut-out, including datum references, tolerance callouts, and any mounting or bezel constraints. If you don't have full panel drawings on hand, we can supply the standard outline and internal circuit keep-out zones for the base model so your mechanical team can design around them.

  • Edge quality standard: Post-cut edges are inspected for flatness and micro-crack control under standard optical inspection; typical edge chipping is held within ±0.1mm, with tighter classes available for cosmetic or user-facing edges upon request.

2. Reliability & Edge Sealing

Cutting through the glass substrate opens a new edge that must be resealed to protect against moisture ingress and electrolyte/liquid crystal leakage.

  • Sealing process: Cut edges receive a secondary UV-cured dispensing seal (with alternative epoxy sealing available depending on panel structure) to restore the moisture and liquid-leakage barrier at the new edge.

  • Reliability testing: Cut-and-resealed modules go through the same qualification battery as standard panels — 85°C/85%RH damp heat soak, thermal shock cycling, and structural drop testing — scaled to consumer-grade or industrial-grade acceptance criteria depending on your application. We can share test reports and pass/fail benchmark data from prior cutting projects for reference during your qualification planning.

  • Optical performance after sealing: Edge regions are checked for light leakage and color-shift (Mura) defects under dark-room inspection before the batch is released, so the sealed border performs the same as an unmodified panel edge.

3. Cost, Yield & Lead Time

  • NRE and first samples: A custom cutting project starts with a one-time NRE covering fixture/jig setup and process validation; exact cost depends on cut complexity and volume. First-article samples (typically 20 pcs) are generally available within 2–4 weeks of drawing confirmation — confirmed precisely once your spec is reviewed.

  • Mass production yield: Yield on a qualified custom-cut design typically lands in a similar range to standard panel production once the process is validated at sample stage; simpler straight-cuts trend higher, complex contours trend lower. We'll give you a realistic yield target as part of the DFM feedback, not just at final quotation.

  • MOQ: Standard panels ship at MOQ 1 unit; custom cutting, size modification, or bezel redesign carries its own MOQ, confirmed at the quotation stage — before any deposit is requested, not after.

Why work with HITULCD on a custom-cut panel

  • Direct factory engineering access — you're reviewing drawings with the people who run the cutting line, not a trading intermediary.

  • Full qualification transparency — reliability and optical test data shared before you commit to volume.

  • Written terms upfront — MOQ, lead time, and cost structure confirmed in your quotation before deposit.

Ready to check feasibility for your project?Send us your target outline drawing (DXF/DWG/PDF) and application requirement (operating environment, viewing needs, mounting constraints), and our engineering team will return a feasibility assessment with recommended cutting method, edge tolerance class, and estimated NRE/lead time.
