HITULCD provides end-to-end OEM and ODM manufacturing for industrial and commercial LCD display products, from full custom design through mass production. Founded in 2014, we operate our own bonding, assembly, and testing lines in Shenzhen and currently export to 38+ markets with an annual production capacity of 120,000+ units. We support both:

• ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): Full custom development from your specification — panel size, brightness, housing, interface, and software — engineered and built entirely by our team.

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Re-branding, private labeling, and modification of our existing product platforms to fit your brand, packaging, and market requirements.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Core LCD Module Production

Automated COG/FOG bonding lines for custom LCD module development, with micron-level alignment control and stable long-term signal reliability. Equipment includes full-automatic COG bonding systems and atomization bonding systems.

Structural Assembly & Integration

In-house laser cutting, glass cutting, laminating, gluing, and automated mounting lines support flexible structural customization from backlight modules through complete open-frame monitors and finished enclosures, at stable mass-production output.

Reliability Testing & Quality Control

Every OEM/ODM project goes through full-process quality control: dimensional inspection (2D measuring instruments), environmental simulation (high/low temperature and humidity test chambers), aging testing, and visual/microscope inspection — before release to production.

Production Process

A fully documented 11-stage manufacturing workflow: cell feeding → vacuum quenching → ACF attachment → IC alignment & pre-bonding → FOG electrical test → FPC main bonding → FPC alignment & pre-bonding → IC main bonding → ITO encapsulation → high-temperature adhesive & label attachment → final visual inspection.

• Additional standards held by the factory: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, UL, REACH, WEEE

• All products are tested in our own certified laboratories against international safety and environmental standards.

• Certificate originals and test reports are available on request for your procurement compliance file.

Working With Us — Project Flow

1. Requirement Intake — Share your target specification (size, brightness, environment, interface, branding, target quantity). If you don't have a full spec yet, our engineering team can help define one based on your application.

2. Feasibility & Quotation — We confirm technical feasibility, propose a bill of materials, and issue pricing and lead time by quantity tier.

3. Sample / Prototype — A pre-production sample is built for your approval before mass production begins. Sample lead time and cost are confirmed per project.

4. Design Freeze & DFM Review — Final mechanical/electrical drawings are locked; our team reviews for manufacturability before tooling.

5. Mass Production — Production runs on our own lines with full in-process QC checkpoints per the 11-stage process above.

6. Final Inspection & Shipping — Pre-shipment inspection report provided; goods shipped under your chosen Incoterm (EXW/FOB/CIF).

7. After-Sales Support — 12-month hardware warranty, 24/7 WhatsApp engineering support, and remote diagnostics for firmware/software issues.
