• ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): Full-spec custom development — from mechanical design through to mass production — when you have a requirement but not yet a finished design

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Re-branding, cosmetic modification, or feature adaptation of our existing product platforms under your brand

What We Actually Do — Service Scope

1. Design & Engineering

• Mechanical design for custom housing/enclosure to fit your existing chassis or installation environment

• Interface board (AD board) customization — support for HDMI/DP/VGA and other signal inputs per your system requirements

• Ambient light sensor / auto-dimming integration for energy-efficiency requirements

• Bezel width, cutout dimensions, mounting bracket, and VESA pattern customization

• Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review provided as part of the quotation process

2. LCD Module & Touch Integration

• COG/FOG bonding for custom LCD module development (automated bonding lines: JYD-I900E full-automatic COG series, JYD-F900E/F900A atomization bonding system, micron-level alignment control)

• Optical bonding for sunlight-readable, high-brightness outdoor applications

• Capacitive (G+G) and nano (G+F) waterproof touch integration, up to 10-point multi-touch

• Brightness tiers available for custom sourcing: 350–800 nits (indoor), 1000–1500 nits (semi-outdoor), 2000–3000 nits (full sunlight outdoor)

3. Structural & Housing Assembly

• Automated cutting, gluing, and laminating lines for backlight modules through to complete open-frame monitor assembly

• Laser cutting (GH-1111, 7.5KW fiber laser) for burr-free panel edges and dimensional consistency

• Precision glass cutting (OC-1200A) for accurate bonding-ready cover glass

• Laser marking (LS-900Pro) for part traceability and branding

• Custom enclosure materials, colors (including custom RAL codes), and IP-rated sealing for outdoor deployment

4. Reliability Testing & Quality Assurance

Every OEM/ODM project goes through full-process quality control before it ships:

• Dimensional inspection (2D measuring instruments, microscopes, visual inspection systems)

• Environmental simulation — high/low temperature and humidity test chambers (Model HYC-TH-80DH)

• Aging/burn-in testing to validate long-term reliability under continuous operation

• ACF lamination testing (F6-AS120) to ensure stable circuit connection

• Full-spectrum electrical testing at each bonding stage (FOG electrical test, IC alignment verification)

• Manufactured in ISO 14644-1 certified cleanroom environments

5. Production Process (11-Step Precision Line)

Cell Feeding → Vacuum Quenching → ACF Attachment → IC Alignment & Pre-Bonding → FOG Electrical Test → FPC Main Bonding → FPC Alignment & Pre-Bonding → IC Main Bonding → ITO Encapsulation → High-Temperature Adhesive & Label Attachment → Visual Inspection

Product Platforms Available for OEM/ODM Customization

Any of these platforms can serve as the base for a full-spec ODM build (custom mechanical design around our LCD/touch module) or an OEM modification (your branding, housing color, or interface changes applied to an existing platform).

Certifications Backing Every Build

All products are tested in certified in-house laboratories against these international safety and environmental standards. Certificate copies available on request for procurement due diligence.

How an OEM/ODM Project Runs

1. Requirement intake & NDA — share your spec, target application, target certifications, and volume; we sign NDA if required before design discussion begins

2. Feasibility & DFM review — our engineers assess mechanical/electrical feasibility and propose design adjustments where needed

3. Quotation & tooling plan — pricing, tooling/mold cost (if new housing is required), and estimated sample lead time

4. Prototype / first sample — built and tested against your spec before mass tooling is committed

5. Sample validation — you test and approve the prototype; design revisions loop back to engineering if needed

6. Mass production — production scheduled within our 120,000+ units/year capacity, with full reliability testing on the line described above

7. Quality sign-off & shipping — final inspection report issued before dispatch
