OEM/ODM on the 15" 1000nits Platform: One Factory, Every Stage of the Display
For engineers, procurement managers, and project leads sourcing a display partner — not just a panel
The HT150FHD-1000 (15", 1024×768, 1000 nits, LVDS, VESA mount) rarely ships as-is into a finished product. By the time it's inside an industrial control panel, a kiosk, or an embedded HMI, it usually needs a housing, an interface adapter, possibly touch, and often a brand identity — work that's normally split across a panel supplier, a bonding house, a housing shop, and a test lab. HITULCD keeps that entire scope inside one factory, under one quality system, so the panel you qualify is the panel you actually receive in volume.
1. Design-to-Production Under One Roof
A custom project built on this platform touches four disciplines: electrical (LVDS/HDMI/VGA interfacing), optical (1000-nit backlight tuning, contrast, viewing angle), mechanical (VESA housing, 10/10/10/10mm bezel adjustment), and reliability (wide-temperature and environmental validation). We run all four internally, so your spec doesn't get reinterpreted — and potentially degraded — every time it crosses a vendor boundary. That means one technical point of contact from your first drawing to your first production run.
2. Core LCD Module Manufacturing — Not Outsourced, Not Assembled from Kits
Our automated COG/FOG bonding lines (JYD-I900E full-automatic COG series, JYD-F900E/F900A atomization bonding system) run micron-level alignment control for stable signal transmission and long service life — the step where most quality problems in a custom LCD module actually originate. Because bonding happens on our own floor, alignment tolerance and driver-IC placement are things we control directly, not variables inherited from a supplier's supplier.
3. Structural & Assembly Integration — From Backlight to Finished Enclosure
Beyond the panel itself, we handle the mechanical build customers usually have to source separately: automated cutting (fiber laser and precision glass cutting), laser marking, high-speed SMT mounting, and ACF conductive-film lamination for stable circuit connection. Whether your project needs the bare HT150FHD-1000 module, an interface-adapted board, or a fully housed open-frame monitor built around it, it's built on the same line — which is what makes flexible customization compatible with stable mass production, rather than a trade-off between the two.
4. Reliability Testing Before You Ever See a Sample
Every project goes through dimensional inspection, environmental simulation (high/low temperature and humidity test chambers, relevant given the -20°C to +70°C operating range this platform is rated for), and aging testing before it ships to you. Our 11-step production process — from cell feeding and ACF attachment through IC bonding, FOG electrical test, and final visual inspection — builds quality gates in at each stage, so defects are caught before they compound downstream.
5. Certified for Global Markets, Not Just Domestic Shipment
CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, UL, REACH, and WEEE compliance are in place, with production run in ISO 14644-1 certified cleanrooms. For a procurement or compliance team evaluating a new supplier, this means the certification groundwork for a CE-marked or FCC-compliant end product is already done on our side — not something you have to chase down mid-project.
6. Scale That Covers Both Prototyping and Volume
With 120,000+ units of annual capacity and more than a decade in industrial display manufacturing, we support projects from first-sample runs through scheduled, forecasted production slots for repeat orders — the same factory that can turn around a small prototype batch can also hold your volume delivery schedule, with safety stock maintained on common sizes and components to buffer against supply chain fluctuations.
What This Means for Your Project
You get one accountable partner for the full OEM/ODM scope on this platform — brightness, interface, housing, and reliability — instead of coordinating a bonding house, an assembly shop, a test lab, and a broker separately. One drawing review, one quality system, one timeline.
Next Step
Send us your target specification — interface, housing constraint, brightness or touch requirement — and we'll return a feasibility assessment and quotation directly from our engineering team.
Custom Panel Cutting Service — HT150FHD-1000 (15" 1000nits Industrial LCD)
For engineers, sourcing managers, and project owners evaluating non-standard display integration
When a standard 15" panel doesn't fit your enclosure — a narrow bezel, an odd cutout, or a shape driven by industrial design constraints — glass cutting is often the fastest path to a working display without a full custom tooling cycle. Before you send an RFQ, here's what our engineering team will walk through with you, and what you should expect from a qualified supplier.
1. Process Feasibility: Can This Panel Be Cut?
Cutting method.Depending on your tolerance requirements and the location of the cut line relative to the active area, we select between two approaches:
Mechanical wheel scribing — lower cost, faster turnaround, suitable for straight-line cuts with looser tolerance (typically ±0.2mm) away from sensitive circuit regions.
Ultrafast (cold) laser cutting — higher precision (±0.05–0.1mm), minimal thermal stress on the glass, and the preferred method when the cut line runs close to the TFT array or bonding area.
We'll recommend the method once we see your target dimensions.
Circuit clearance check.Every cut must be evaluated against the panel's internal layout — specifically whether the new outline intrudes on the Gate/Source driving lines or the active TFT array. Cutting through these regions will damage the display or cause line defects, so this is the first thing our engineers check before quoting.
To run this assessment, we typically need from you:
Target outline dimensions and cutout drawing (DWG/DXF preferred)
Required tolerance and reference datum
Mounting/bezel constraints, if the cut interacts with your housing design
We'll return a marked-up drawing showing whether your requested cut sits within a safe zone, or if adjustments are needed.
Edge quality standard.Post-cut glass edges are inspected for flatness and micro-crack control under our internal QC standard before any unit proceeds to sealing. Edge chipping beyond spec or visible micro-cracking is a reject at this stage — it doesn't get passed downstream.
2. Reliability After Cutting: Will It Survive the Field?
Sealing process.A raw cut edge is a moisture and liquid-crystal leakage risk. We apply a secondary edge sealing process (UV dispensing) along the cut line to restore the panel's protection against moisture ingress and LC leakage. This step is standard on every custom-cut unit — not an optional upgrade.
Reliability testing.Cut panels go through the same reliability program as our standard product line, scoped to consumer-grade or industrial-grade requirements depending on your application:
Double 85 test (85°C / 85% RH) for high-temperature, high-humidity endurance
Thermal shock cycling (high-low temp transitions)
Structural drop testing
We can share benchmark data from comparable cutting projects on request — ask for the test report relevant to your target environment (indoor kiosk vs. outdoor/vehicle-mount, for example).
Optical performance.A cut-and-sealed edge is checked for light leakage and color shift (Mura) at the border. This is evaluated under both normal and off-angle viewing during final inspection — a sealed edge that leaks light or shows color drift doesn't ship.
3. Cost, Yield, and Lead Time — What to Budget For
NRE and first sample.Custom cutting projects carry a one-time NRE (non-recurring engineering) fee to cover drawing review, cutting-line setup, and sealing process qualification. A first sample batch (typically 20pcs) generally ships within 2–3 weeks of drawing confirmation — faster if the cut geometry is straightforward and doesn't require new fixtures.
Production yield.Based on prior cutting projects, mass-production yield typically lands in the 90%+ range for standard rectangular or simple-geometry cuts using ultrafast laser; more complex outlines (tight radii, cuts near the active area) run lower and will be quoted with a realistic yield estimate up front — not an optimistic one.
MOQ.Custom cutting and size modifications can shift the standard MOQ. This is confirmed at the quotation stage, before any deposit — not renegotiated after you've committed.
Ready to Evaluate Your Cut?
Send us your target outline (DXF/DWG), tolerance requirement, and application environment. Our engineers will confirm cuttability against the Gate/Source and TFT array layout and return a feasibility note with recommended cutting method, sealing approach, and estimated NRE/lead time — before you commit to a quote.
