OEM/ODM Display Manufacturing — Built for Engineers Who Need It Done Right

HITULCD | Shenzhen Hantu Jiashi Technology Co., Ltd. — Since 2014

You're not looking for a catalog. You're looking for a factory that can take your spec — size, brightness, interface, enclosure, brand — and turn it into a display that ships on time, passes your qualification tests, and doesn't need a re-spin. That's what our OEM/ODM line is built for.

2014 founded · 38+ export markets · 120,000+ units annual capacity · ISO 14644-1 certified cleanroom production

Two Ways to Work With Us

OEM Mode — Your Design, Our ProductionYou provide the layout, branding, and technical drawing; we bond, assemble, print your logo, and mass-produce to spec. Low MOQ, lead time typically 4–6 weeks. This is the fast lane for teams who already have a finalized design and just need a reliable manufacturing partner.

ODM Mode — Co-Engineered From the Ground UpOur engineering team joins your project at the design stage — structural layout, mechanical fit, and software integration included. Exclusive mold development available, protected under NDA. Lead time typically 8–16 weeks. This is where we bring the most value: solving problems you haven't hit yet, because we've already hit them on someone else's project.

What "Custom" Actually Means Here

Most suppliers say "customizable." We mean it down to the process level:

  • Screen size & resolution — non-standard cuts and aspect ratios engineered against your active-array layout, not just cropped from a standard panel

  • Brightness — 350 to 3,000 nits across our product lines, from indoor signage to full sunlight-readable outdoor

  • Interface — HDMI, VGA, LVDS and custom AD board configurations to match your host system

  • Touch integration — capacitive/resistive touch bonded in-house, not outsourced to a third party

  • Structural & housing design — from ultra-slim bezels to ruggedized industrial frames, engineered to fit your enclosure, not the other way around

  • Branding — logo printing, Pantone/RAL color matching, custom packaging for OEM mode; full exterior/software co-design for ODM mode

The Manufacturing Behind the Promise

Custom claims are only as good as the equipment and process backing them. Here's what's actually on our floor:

Core LCD Module ProductionAutomated COG/FOG bonding lines (JYD-I900E full-automatic COG series, JYD-F900E/F900A atomization bonding system) with micron-level alignment control — the difference between a display that works and one that works reliably at volume.

Custom Cutting & Structural AssemblyGH-1111 fiber laser cutting machine (7.5KW) for burr-free panel edges, plus a dedicated OC-1200A precision glass cutting machine for accurate, stable dimensions that protect bonding quality. Full automated laminating and gluing lines support flexible customization without sacrificing mass-production stability.

11-Stage Production ProcessCell feeding → vacuum quenching → ACF attachment → IC alignment & pre-bonding → FOG electrical test → FPC main bonding → FPC alignment & pre-bonding → IC main bonding → ITO encapsulation → high-temperature adhesive & label attachment → visual inspection. Every unit passes through the same disciplined, fully visualized workflow — standard product or custom project alike.

Reliability & Quality Assurance2D measuring instruments, high/low temperature test chambers, and microscope-based visual inspection systems run dimensional inspection, environmental simulation, and aging tests on every project — not just the ones that ask for it.

Compliance That Travels With Your Product

CE (valid through Dec 2027), FCC (valid through Dec 2027), RoHS (valid through Dec 2027), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, UL, REACH, and WEEE. Certification documentation is available on request for your own compliance and ESG due diligence — before you place an order, not after.

What We Need From You to Start

To move from concept to first-article sample, our engineering team works from:

  • Screen size & resolution requirements

  • Layout / zone division (for signage and multi-zone displays)

  • Brand color specification (Pantone/RAL) and logo vector source (AI/SVG)

  • Installation method (wall-mounted, embedded, pole-mounted) and environment (indoor/outdoor/semi-outdoor)

  • Certification requirements for your target market

  • For ODM projects: an NDA, so our joint engineering work stays protected on both sides

Why Engineers and Procurement Teams Choose to Work With Us Directly

  • Direct from manufacturer — you're talking to the engineers who bond and test your panel, not a trading company relaying messages

  • In-house, not subcontracted — bonding, cutting, assembly, and testing all happen on our own cleanroom-certified floor

  • Decade-plus track record — operating since 2014, shipping into 38+ export markets

  • Verifiable — Shenzhen Hantu Jiashi Technology Co., Ltd., publicly registered, factory address searchable on Google Maps, certs and audit available on request

  • Built for both speed and depth — OEM mode when you need production fast, ODM mode when you need a real engineering partner

Next step: Send us your target spec — size, brightness, interface, environment, and any branding requirements — and we'll come back with a feasibility review and OEM/ODM recommendation, not just a price.

Custom-Size TFT Panel Cutting Service — Technical & Commercial Guide

From HITULCD (Shenzhen Hantu Jiashi Technology Co., Ltd.)

Whether you're integrating a 21.5" HT215FHD-1000 module (1920×1080, 1000 nits, VESA mount) into a control panel, or need a non-standard aspect ratio for a kiosk or embedded HMI, custom glass cutting is one of the most technically sensitive requests in TFT sourcing. Below, our engineering team answers the questions we hear most often from overseas buyers before they commit to a cutting project.

1. Process Feasibility & Engineering Review

What cutting method do you recommend for my target dimensions and tolerance? The right method depends on your final size, tolerance class, and edge-quality requirements. For simple straight-line reductions with looser tolerances, mechanical wheel scribing is faster and more cost-effective. For tighter tolerances, complex or curved profiles, or panels where micro-crack risk must be minimized, ultra-fast laser cutting is the safer choice — at a higher NRE and per-unit cost. We'll recommend the appropriate method once we see your target drawing.

Will the new dimensions interfere with the Gate/Source traces or the active TFT array? This is the first thing our engineers check. Every panel has a defined active display area, a Gate/Source driver trace zone, and a COF/FPC bonding region — cutting into any of these will disable the panel or cause dead zones. We map your requested cut line against the panel's internal layout before quoting feasibility.

What do you need from us to confirm feasibility at the review stage? To run a proper DFM (Design for Manufacturing) check, please provide:

  • Target outline dimensions with tolerance (±mm)

  • A 2D drawing (DXF/DWG preferred) showing the desired cut line relative to the current active area

  • Mounting/VESA hole positions if applicable

  • Any keep-out zones around connectors, driver ICs, or FPC tails

What edge-quality standard do you control to after cutting? We inspect cut edges for flatness and micro-crack propagation under magnification before a panel proceeds to sealing. Panels with visible chipping, edge lift, or crack propagation beyond our internal threshold are rejected before they reach the sealing stage — they don't get shipped as "good enough."

2. Reliability & Edge Sealing

How do you prevent liquid crystal leakage and moisture ingress after cutting?Once a panel is cut, the exposed edge no longer has factory-original sealant, so we apply a secondary sealing process — typically UV-cure adhesive dispensing along the cut edge, selected for compatibility with the LC material and the panel's operating temperature range. For panels headed into humid or outdoor-adjacent environments, we can discuss additional edge protection on request.

Can cut panels still pass standard reliability testing? Do you have reference data from similar projects?Yes — cut-and-resealed panels are tested against the same tier of reliability standards as the base panel (consumer or industrial grade, depending on your application). We can share environmental test references from comparable cutting projects, including double-85 (85°C/85%RH) humidity testing, high/low temperature cycling, thermal shock, and structural drop testing, so you can benchmark against your own qualification requirements.

Does edge sealing introduce light leakage or color shift (Mura) near the cut line?It can, if the sealing process or backlight optical stack isn't handled correctly. We control dispensing width and backlight masking specifically to avoid light leakage and color-shift Mura at the edge — this is one of the main reasons we recommend a physical first-article sample rather than approving cutting projects on drawings alone.

3. Cost, Yield & Lead Time

What's the NRE for a custom cutting project, and how long for first samples?NRE and sample lead time depend on panel size, cutting method (mechanical vs. laser), and tooling complexity — we'll quote both once we've reviewed your target drawing. As a general guide, first-article samples (around 20 pcs) typically take a few weeks from design confirmation; we'll give you a firm date at quotation stage, not after your deposit.

What yield can we expect in mass production, and what's your MOQ?Cutting yield varies with cut-line complexity and how close the new outline sits to the active array — tighter cuts near sensitive zones naturally run lower yield than simple edge trims. We'll give you a realistic yield range based on your specific drawing, not a generic number. Standard-spec MOQ starts at 1 unit; custom cutting, brightness, or bezel changes may adjust the MOQ, and this is confirmed at the quotation stage — before any deposit is requested.
