OEM / ODM Custom Bar LCD Display Solutions — Cut to Your Exact Size
Your space is not standard. Your display shouldn't be either. We turn standard TFT-LCD panels into custom-size stretched bar displays, engineered around your enclosure, your environment and your project schedule — from first drawing to volume delivery.
Custom cut-to-size bar LCDs · 8" to 88" platform range · Up to 1,000 nits · OEM/ODM from 20 pcs · CE / FCC / RoHS
1. The Problem We Solve
Standard monitors come in a handful of fixed shapes. Real projects don't.
| Your challenge | What usually happens | What we deliver |
|---|---|---|
| The recess, shelf edge or door is only 60–120 mm tall | No off-the-shelf panel fits | A bar display cut to your exact length and aspect ratio |
| Custom panel development takes 6–12 months and high tooling cost | Project delays, budget overruns | Cut-to-size on a proven panel platform, in weeks |
| Low or medium volume (tens to a few hundred units) | Panel makers refuse the MOQ | OEM/ODM from 20 pcs |
| Harsh environment: transit, outdoor-adjacent, cold storage | Consumer-grade screens fail | Industrial-grade brightness, temperature and sealing options |
In short: any bar size your project needs, within the physical limits of the panel platform — engineered, validated and delivered with documentation.
2. What "Any Size" Means in Practice
We start with a mainstream TFT-LCD panel and re-shape it to your target dimensions.
| Dimension | Capability |
|---|---|
| Base panel range | 8" – 88" (platform dependent) |
| Bar diagonal / length | Custom, cut on one axis to your target active area |
| Aspect ratio | From approx. 4:1 up to 32:1 and beyond, subject to feasibility |
| Orientation | Landscape or portrait |
| Cutting tolerance | ±0.2 mm (mechanical) / ±0.1 mm (ultra-fast laser), typical |
| Resolution | Native panel resolution on the retained area, or custom timing and scaling via the control board |
Each request is reviewed by an engineer. If your target is beyond what the panel routing allows (Gate/Source lines, TFT array, seal-line, driver IC position), we tell you early and propose the closest workable alternative — before you commit to any cost.

9. FAQ
Q1. Can you really make any size?We can cut to virtually any length on the free axis of a suitable panel. The limit is the panel's internal routing and driver-IC position, not a fixed size list. We confirm feasibility in writing before you pay for tooling.
Q2. What do you need to start?A mechanical drawing or target dimensions, required brightness and interface, operating environment, annual volume and target date.
Q3. Is a cut panel as reliable as a standard panel? With proper edge inspection and UV secondary sealing, cut panels follow the same reliability plan as our standard bar displays, including 85/85 and thermal shock. Reports are available on request.
Q4. Is there an NRE charge?Custom projects normally include a one-time NRE, usually waived or credited against mass-production orders.
Q5. Can you support my own brand and packaging?Yes. Private label, custom color, logo, manual and carton are all available.
Q6. Can you sign an NDA?Yes, before any drawings or product plans are exchanged.
Q7. Do you support small trial batches?Yes. Start from 20 pcs and scale up after validation.

19.5" Stretched Bar LCD Display — Cuttable, High-Brightness, OEM/ODM Ready
Engineered for engineers, procurement teams and project managers who need a non-standard form factor with predictable quality, documented processes and a clear path from sample to mass production.
CE / FCC / RoHS certified · Up to 1,000 nits · Industrial-grade operating range · OEM/ODM from 20 pcs · Free sample evaluation available
1. Product Overview
The 19.5" Stretched Bar LCD Display is an ultra-wide, TFT-based bar-type panel built for spaces where a standard 16:9 monitor simply does not fit: shelf edges, vehicle interiors, elevator fascias, cabinet doors, narrow architectural recesses and control-panel strips.
Based on a cuttable-panel platform, the display can be trimmed on one axis to a customer-defined length while keeping the same industrial driver board, backlight architecture and mechanical design language. This lets you achieve a project-specific aspect ratio without a fully new panel development.

3. Cutting Feasibility & Technical Process
Custom-length bar displays are only reliable if the cutting process is engineered around the panel — not applied on top of it. Below is how we approach every custom project.
3.1 Recommended cutting method
| Method | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical wheel scribing & breaking | Standard cuttable panels, cost-sensitive volume projects | Mature, high throughput; typical dimensional tolerance ±0.2 mm |
| Ultra-fast (picosecond) laser cutting | Tight-tolerance, narrow-bezel or shaped-edge requirements | Minimal heat-affected zone and micro-cracking; typical tolerance ±0.1 mm; higher unit cost |
The method is selected during engineering review based on your target length, tolerance, bezel width and volume. Both are validated on your sample lot before mass-production release.
3.2 Gate / Source routing & TFT array protection
Cutting is only permitted on the panel axis that is free of active-area routing. During feasibility review our engineers verify that the requested cut line:
Does not intersect Gate or Source fan-out routing
Stays outside the TFT array and the seal-line (sealant) region with a defined safety margin
Keeps the cut edge at a controlled distance from the driver IC / COF bonding area
Cuttable panel models are pre-selected for compatible layout (cut-on-one-axis architecture), which is why custom lengths can be achieved without redesigning the array.
3.3 Information we need to confirm feasibility
To issue a feasibility report and approval drawing (typically within 3–5 working days), please send:
Target outline dimensions and tolerance (mechanical drawing in PDF / DWG / STEP)
Required active area (AA) and resolution / aspect ratio
Preferred interface, input voltage and brightness
Operating environment (temperature, humidity, vibration, sunlight exposure)
Touch, bonding, cover glass or enclosure requirements
Estimated annual volume and target launch date
3.4 Edge quality standards
After cutting, glass edges are inspected under magnification against internal acceptance criteria:
Edge chipping and flatness controlled to typical limits of ≤ 0.2 mm chipping and no chip entering the seal or active area
No visible micro-cracks propagating toward the seal line (100% visual/AOI check in sample stage, sampling in mass production)
Optional edge grinding / polishing for exposed-edge designs and safer handling
4. Sealing & Reliability Assurance
4.1 Edge sealing process
A freshly cut glass edge exposes the cell gap, so moisture and liquid-crystal integrity must be protected. Our standard process:
Secondary sealing with UV-curable, low-outgassing sealant applied by automated dispensing
Controlled bead height and coverage, followed by UV cure and thermal post-cure
100% visual inspection of sealant continuity; leak and moisture-ingress checks on sample lots
4.2 Environmental & mechanical reliability testing
Cut-and-sealed modules follow the same reliability plan as our standard bar displays. Reference test conditions used for qualification:
| Test | Typical condition | Typical criteria |
|---|---|---|
| High temperature / high humidity (85/85) | 85 °C / 85% RH, 500 h | No display defect, no seal delamination or fluid leakage |
| High-temperature storage | 80 °C, 240 h | Functional pass, no visible change |
| Low-temperature storage | -30 °C, 240 h | Functional pass |
| Thermal shock | -30 °C ↔ 80 °C, 30 min dwell, 100 cycles | No cracks, no delamination, no Mura |
| Vibration | 10–500 Hz, random, 3 axes (transit profile) | Functional pass |
| Drop / mechanical shock | Packaged drop per ISTA / IEC 60068-2-31 | No glass cracking |
Project-specific test plans and full reports (including cutting-edge samples) are provided on request, and can be aligned with your own validation standard.
4.3 Optical performance after cutting
Light leakage: Edge light-leak is controlled with a light-shielding bezel/tape design and a defined backlight-to-cut-edge offset
Color shift and Mura: Every sample is checked at low, mid and high gray levels, full-white and full-black, with special attention to the cut-edge region
Bonding-ready: Optional optical bonding improves contrast and sunlight readability and provides additional edge protection
