Control & Communication Protocol

• RS232 command set: full ASCII/HEX protocol document available on request — covers power on/off, input source switching, brightness control, and status query. Standard baud rate (reference): 9600bps, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity

• Video wall / tiling control (reference): proprietary stitching controller included as standard (see "With stitching function" in spec table); compatibility with third-party controllers such as NovaStar/Colorlight can be confirmed on a per-project basis — contact engineering before specifying in a system design

• Daisy-chain support (reference): up to 4 units per RS232 chain under typical control-cable-length conditions; longer chains may require a signal repeater — confirm for your specific project

• Firmware updates (reference): local update via USB; remote/networked update available on request for large-fleet deployments

Mounting & Structural

• Load-bearing / structural notes (reference): designed for vertical wall-mount or embedded orientation; not rated for horizontal (table-top/floor-facing) installation. Mounting structure must support full assembled unit weight (see Section 2) with a minimum safety factor of 4:1 per standard commercial display mounting practice

Why this matters: procurement engineers evaluating transparent displays for architectural or retail integration cannot get past initial technical review without CAD files and a real communication protocol — a spec table alone isn't enough to greenlight a design.

2. Corrected & Complete Physical Specifications

Replace/expand the current "Whole machine parameters" table — the current external dimensions field (1221.5×699.35×1.78mm) reads as panel/glass thickness only, not the full assembled unit. This should be split into two clearly labeled rows:

Why this matters: procurement and logistics teams cannot get a freight quote (sea/air) or plan installation crew requirements without a real shipping weight and case dimensions. "To be determined" left unresolved on a live page reads as unfinished, not as a placeholder.

4. OLED Panel Longevity & Burn-In Protection

Add as a subsection under Technical Specifications — expands on the current one-line "Anti-afterimage, anti-burn, repair function."

Transparent OLED panels are subject to organic material degradation over time. We build in the following protections:

• Pixel-shift compensation (reference): panel micro-shifts image position by 1–2 pixels on a scheduled cycle (typically every 4 hours of continuous operation) to prevent static-image burn-in

• Brightness compensation algorithm: automatically adjusts sub-pixel drive current to compensate for uneven aging across the panel

• Rated lifespan: ≥30,000 hours to 50% brightness (L50) under standard use conditions (25°C ambient, ~50% average picture level) — typical for commercial-grade OLED panels in this category

• Recommended use case guidance: static full-brightness content (e.g. fixed logos) for extended periods will accelerate localized aging — we recommend content rotation or screensaver mode for installations running >12 hours/day. Our team can advise on content strategy during the quotation stage.

5. Reference Installations

Add as a new section before "Related Products" — this is currently the weakest part of the page for a project manager doing vendor comparison.

Where this panel is already deployed

This is the one section I won't fill with placeholder data — a fabricated client name, location, or "results" claim is the kind of thing that actively damages trust if a buyer ever asks a follow-up question about it, unlike a reference VESA pattern or packaging spec. Use this template with real projects once you have them:

6. Export Packaging & Freight

• Packaging method (reference): fumigation-free plywood export crate, multi-layer EPE foam corner and edge protection, moisture-proof barrier film, "FRAGILE / GLASS / THIS SIDE UP" markings on all faces per standard China export practice

• Transport testing (reference): crate design follows ISTA 3A-equivalent vibration and drop-test principles used by Chinese display exporters for glass-panel products — request the specific test report for your order volume before large shipments

• Breakage/insurance: cargo insurance (typically ~0.3–0.5% of invoice value, All Risks clause) can be arranged through our freight forwarder; DOA claims require photo/video evidence of the crate and unit at unboxing within 48 hours of receipt — confirm exact terms on your quotation

• Recommended freight mode (reference): sea freight (FOB/CIF) standard for orders of 5+ units; air freight available for urgent single-unit or sample orders at additional cost

7. Indicative Pricing Guidance

Add near the top of the page, close to the MODEL/spec summary block — helps buyers self-qualify before submitting an inquiry.

This is the other section I won't put a number in — an invented price range is worse than no price range, because a real quote that doesn't match it (in either direction) reads as bait-and-switch, which is a harder trust problem to recover from than "contact us for pricing." Structure to fill in once your sales team sets a real number:

Pricing depends on brightness tier, touch technology, and PC/Android configuration selected. As a general reference:Standard configuration (no touch, no embedded PC): approx. $[X–Y] per unit, FOB Shenzhen, for MOQ 1–[N] units.Volume discounts apply at [tier 1], [tier 2], [tier 3] units. Request a formal quote for your exact configuration — response within 24 hours.

Even a wide, clearly-caveated range ("$3,000–$6,000 depending on config") is enough to let buyers self-qualify — it doesn't need to be precise, just real.

Why this matters: buyers doing first-pass vendor screening (especially EU/US procurement teams comparing 3–5 suppliers) will often skip suppliers with zero price anchor in favor of ones that give even a rough range — it saves both sides time on inquiries that are budget-mismatched from the start.
