• Touch integration: G+G capacitive, G+F nano waterproof, up to 10-point multi-touch, tuned for gloved use on request

• Optical bonding: available to reduce glare and improve outdoor readability

• Mounting format: wall-mounted, floor-standing, embedded/open-frame, window-facing, ceiling-drop

Electronics & Firmware

• Custom AD/driver boards: supporting HDMI / DisplayPort / VGA input combinations per your system architecture

• Android firmware customization: boot logo, launcher, kiosk-mode lockdown, OTA update configuration

• CMS/SDK integration support: validated for standard Android-based CMS platforms via APK deployment (e.g. Xibo, SignageOS, ScreenCloud); dedicated SDK provided for custom CMS or in-house software integration

• Custom packaging: branded carton, insert design, multi-language documentation insert

• White-label documentation: user manuals and spec sheets issued under your brand name. Compliance test reports (EMC/LVD from accredited labs) are issued to support your CE self-declaration; formal certificates requiring a brand-specific applicant of record (e.g. UL, CCC) are filed under your company name as the responsible legal entity, with our factory providing full technical support during the application.

5. Manufacturing & Quality Infrastructure

• In-house production line — LCD bonding, touch panel integration, and housing assembly are performed in our own facility, not subcontracted

• ISO 14644-1 certified cleanroom for panel bonding and assembly, reducing dust-related defect rates

• Capacity: 12,000+ units/month, supporting both small-batch OEM runs and mass production orders

• Testing standards: every unit undergoes functional burn-in testing (industry-standard 72-hour cycle), IP-rated units are tested for water/dust ingress per IEC 60529, and units are subject to thermal cycling checks across the rated operating range before shipment

6. Compliance Support for Your Market

We help your product reach CE, RoHS, and FCC compliance for EU/US markets, reducing your time-to-market:

• Standard: CE / FCC / RoHS included

• On request: UL / CCC / EAC for region-specific requirements

• We provide EMC/LVD test reports from accredited third-party labs that your compliance team can submit directly to support CE self-declaration. Certifications that require a brand-specific applicant of record (UL, CCC) are filed under your company's name; our factory prepares the technical documentation and supports the application process to minimize your timeline.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

For OEM/ODM partners sharing proprietary designs or brand assets:

• A standard mutual NDA is signed before detailed technical discussion begins, and is available as a template on request

• Standard IP policy: for ODM projects developed specifically for a client under a paid engineering/NDA agreement, design ownership for the client-specific customization is assigned to the client per written agreement, while HITULCD retains rights to its underlying base platform, panel technology, and general manufacturing know-how used across all clients. Where new tooling/molds are required, the client funds the tooling; the mold is reserved exclusively for that client's production and is not used for other customers' orders.
