Quality Assurance

Specific inspection protocols (AQL sampling levels, burn-in duration, etc.) can be defined jointly with the client and documented in the quality agreement — this is standard practice for OEM contracts and we're open to aligning with your internal QA requirements.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• NDAs are signed prior to detailed technical discussion when requested by the client

• Client-specific tooling, firmware builds, and branding assets are not reused for other customers without written authorization

• Client-owned design IP (mechanical drawings, firmware modifications developed under the engagement) remains the client's property per the terms agreed in the OEM contract

We recommend formalizing IP ownership terms in the manufacturing agreement before tooling development begins, particularly for custom mechanical designs — this protects both parties and is standard practice in cross-border OEM relationships.
