Unlike third-party rework shops that source cut glass externally, our cutting, edge-sealing, and QA processes are performed under one roof, giving OEM and project buyers a single accountable source for design, samples, and volume production.
1. Cutting Process & Design Feasibility
We evaluate every custom-cut request against the source panel's Gate/Source trace layout and active TFT array before quoting, so buyers don't discover routing conflicts after tooling starts.
