HITULCD manufactures this 23.1" ultra-wide bar-format TFT LCD module (1920 x 158 resolution, >3:1 aspect ratio, 500 nits) entirely in-house — from panel cutting through sealing and reliability testing — for integrators building digital signage, retail shelf-edge displays, transportation passenger information bars, and kiosk systems. Unlike third-party rework shops that source cut glass externally, our cutting, edge-sealing, and QA processes are performed under one roof, giving OEM and project buyers a single accountable source for design, samples, and volume production.

1. Cutting Process & Design Feasibility

We evaluate every custom-cut request against the source panel's Gate/Source trace layout and active TFT array before quoting, so buyers don't discover routing conflicts after tooling starts.

Cutting method: Mechanical wheel cutting for standard tolerances and cost-sensitive volume programs; ultrafast laser cutting for tighter dimensional tolerances (±0.1mm class) or complex profile cuts. Method is selected jointly with the customer's drawing during DFM review, not fixed in advance.
